Burn Time:

35-45 hrs. For maximum fragrance retention and the longest burn time, please burn the candle in 2-hour intervals or just until the wax has melted to the edge of the container. Never burn for more than 4 hours.

-The Tale-
The delights of the Emerald City in The Land of Oz await you as you travel along the yellow brick road in search of a way back home to Kansas. Your friends, a brainless scarecrow, a heartless man of tin, and a cowardly lion all have their wishes granted by the wonderful Wizard of Oz, but alas, the wizard fails you as his hot air balloon leaves without you, crossing the desert, back to the circus and the Kansas farmland. However, Glinda, a very kind and beautiful witch, reminds you that you are wearing the sparkling silver slippers that she gave you after your house crushed the Wicked Witch of the East. She tells you that all you must do is knock your heels together three times and tell the slippers where you want to go. You are then whirled through the air back to Kansas, where you are so glad to be at home again.

Inspired by the original tale by L. Frank Baum, "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz," "Emerald City" will transport you to the Land of Oz with its breathtakingly green notes of invigorating mint, emerald green grassy meadows, and fresh fir needles, mellowing into a heart of spearmint, powder, and woodland florals, and finishing with notes of moss, patchouli, and exotic warm woods.
As with all of our tale-inspired candles, this fragrance is our unique blend that you can’t find anywhere else.

-The Label-
Designed and hand illustrated by J.R. Cueto and owner of Tottlemeyer’s Corner™, J.R. Perry, the label for “Emerald City” takes advantage of what Perry has dubbed, “Panoramic Illustrative Storytelling;” the story unfolds before your eyes from left to right, just like a real book.
The leftmost illustration depicts the famous cyclone as it lifts Dorothy's house up into the air, and carries it away to the Land of Oz. The center illustration portrays the regal Emerald City and the story's characters traveling along the yellow brick road to visit the Wizard. Finally, the rightmost picture suggests Dorothy's journey back to Kansas with her silver slippers that she knocks together three times, and the wonderful Wizard of Oz, in his hot air balloon, floating off back to the circus and Kansas farmland without Dorothy.

Candle Safety:

-Warning-
Burn within sight. Keep away from flammable objects. Keep away from children and pets.
Burning Instructions:
Trim the wick to 1/4"before lighting. Keep the candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire-resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than four hours at a time. Do not touch or move the candle while lit, as this may result in burns. Stop use when only 1/4" of wax remains.
